This project reimagines underutilised public land in central Cape Town as a framework for inclusive urban living. Affordable housing is unlocked through repeatable modular homes, the integration of social and market units without spatial hierarchy, and adaptable shared spaces that keep housing flexible, dignified, and responsive to changing urban and household needs.
